adecco is hiring for a office operations coodinator in sand fork wv.

 

the office operations coordinator oversees all office functions related to operational plant activities. with support from office staff, this role reports directly to the plant manager and serves as primary administrator for the plant operations. s/he must be adept at anticipating needs, taking initiative, problem solving, and coordination with the corporate office.

major areas of responsibility include:

  • ap invoice
  • code invoices that do not require a po and communicate to ap department
  • purchase order receipts
  • receipt non-stock supplies against po’s in erp system
  • reconcile raw material scale tickets and enter on vendor calc. spreadsheet
  • receipt raw material tickets against po’s in erp system
  • receipt packaging material against po’s in erp system
  • human resource coordination
  • work with senior hr staff on all initiatives including but not limited to: onsite hr support, new employee support with payroll system access, timeclock access, general hr recordkeeping, onsite benefits coordination
  •  daily bagged production
  • review daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory by creating an assembly in erp system
  • month end close
  • support the finance department on all month end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory process in erp system.
  • shipping  
  • printing bols/picking slips
  • signing trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.
  • reconcile bol’s and create shipment in erp system
  • communicate bols to ar dept. for invoicing
  • administrative support
  • provide support to pm
  • update daily reports as assigned
  • primary objectives:

  • ensure system updates are made across various platforms for accurate reporting and accounting daily
  • act as key support role for plant manager as it relates to office functions supporting the plant operations
  • coordinate activities and initiatives with the corporate office
  •

  • above average skills in communication both oral and written
  • above average skills in organization and attention to detail
  • demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork and effectively manage through others
  • demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • previous experience in manufacturing office and accounting preferred
  • monday - friday $17.00hr
