Maintenance technician - united states, charlottetown

adecco is hiring immediately for a grounds keeper for two community complexes in eation rapids and charlotte area.

job duties:

will pick and clear debris off of walkways, paths and overall grounds

will mow, trim shrubs and edges

pick up loose sticks etc

will powerwash residential homes, garages and sheds as needed

will shovel, snow blow and salt and clear snow/ice during the winter season

will sweep walk paths and parking areas to ensure there are no trip hazards
