responsibilities for assembler i position include but are not limited to:
interpret various documents to build products such as engineering diagrams, specs, schematics, drawings, and bom/part lists
perform light mechanical assembly work typical of moderate complexity and requires fitting, alignment, and components adjustment
build units according to customer specifications
operate power tools and manual tools required to assemble the unit
set up ratchets (torque)
distribution of finished goods using an erp system (plex)
maintain and manage a designated workstation inventory
maintain and manage inventory using plex
inform lead/supervision on an inventory parts level
perform routine daily cleanup – 5s process
accurately create labels for finished goods
other duties as assigned
shift:
monday-thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
friday: 5:30am - 2:00pm
qualifications:
ability to lift up to 50lbs
0 – 6 months of mechanical/electro-mechanical experience
manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and hand tools to perform repetitive assembly
ability to use hand/power tools
basic computer literacy, basic math skills, and capable of interpreting measurements
