positions: machine operator

starting pay: $16.50- 19.50 per hour.

hours/schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift are open:

1st shift: 7am-3pm monday-friday; some saturday ot.

2nd shift: 3pm-11pm monday-friday; some saturday ot

3rd shift: 11pm-7am sunday-thursday.

must haves: candidates that are mechanically inclined, comply to schedule (report on time and reliable attendance) and experience within a warehouse or manufacturing facility. prefer to have machine operating experience but open to experience.

summary:

set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle

control and adjust machine settings

feed raw rubber material or parts into semi-automated machines

will operate either extrusion, splicing, injection molding, grinding manufacturing machinery. 

full training is provided and will work with another colleague for 1 week or so before operating machinery without direct supervision. 

report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.

hot working conditions, fans are overhead and all around however dealing in manufacturing it is still hot in summer.
