the hotel has an opportunity available for a waiter in our balcony bar.

your duties will include:

running the balcony to the required restaurant and balcony standards.
demonstrating knowledge of afternoon tea offering, beverages and other facilities including guest services within the hotel.
knowledge of pos system ensuring that all orders are entered correctly.
working closely with the managers ensuring a smooth process for order taking and food delivery.
carrying out all daily shift duties as per job description and brand standards.
handling all guest requests efficiently and professionally.
delivering a high standard of cleanliness in your work areas.

the ideal candidate will have the following skills:

previous waiter experience working in a 5-star focused restaurant and /or hotel.
good communication.
approachable and having the desire to challenge themselves within a professional team.
ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
experience of health & safety regulations for food & beverage within the uk.

if you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage:

experience of working in a 5-star establishment with afternoon tea offering.
being able to work independently.

your hours of work:

reporting to the restaurant manager and assistant restaurant manager, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week. working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
