our amazing chef is leaving to and we are looking for someone fantastic to replace him. we are a daytime only café in walthamstow and have built up a reputation for having the best brunch and coffee in the area.

we have a wonderful group of employees and expect our chef to inspire and add to our hardworking but fun environment. our goal is to create the full café experience, encompassing the following elements:

/ exciting and beautifully presented food

/ top quality coffee

/ a warm and inviting space

/ friendly and efficient service

we are looking for an experienced enthusiastic person who is used to working in a fast paced environment.

amazing daytime only hours, and only one weekend day per week. can be flexible with how many shifts - between 4 and 6 depending on what you need.

rate of pay is between £16 and £17 p/h plus holiday pay and pension

the successful applicant will have previous experience in:

/ breakfast/brunch style food

/ ordering and monitoring supplies

/ hold level 2 food hygiene & safety certificate

/ working in a busy environment

attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. we want someone who is a team player who takes personal pride in everything produced from the kitchen.
