adecco creative & marketing is recruiting a project manager for retail space in the cincinnati area. we are searching for a project manager that is able to travel to tri-state stores on occasion for checking in on projects, and timelines, has efficient communication with corporate, and strong organization skills.
must be able to travel to the downtown cincinnati corporate office, local stores along with tri-state stores on occasion and work from home throughout the week.
as a project manager, you will be planning and leading a key transformational project across multiple divisions. as a member of the ecommerce retail operations group, you will lead store teams in the planning, implementation, and execution of key growth initiatives with a keen focus on the execution of best practices. the primary purpose of this role is to drive and facilitate business process improvement initiatives, analyses, and recommendations across stores, regions, functions, and operations.
what you’ll be doing
• deliver change into the organization through the application of ‘best in class’ project and change management
• assist with training, gather associate feedback, and effectively communicate updates on initiatives and action plans to the operations / process improvement teams.
• assist with internal & competitor analysis to help drive future solutions.
• lead the activity and governance to ensure they are delivered on time, to budget, and of agreed quality to realize benefits
• develop and lead the cross-functional plan for implementations, and drive the execution of the plan to time and budget
• track progress in developing and implementing visual management to support a focus on key metrics for all stakeholders and early warnings of issues or improvements
• effectively manage stakeholders in the interests of project delivery to ensure alignment with project objectives and solutions
• continuously review and improve the approach to the implementation of standard work and process improvement across divisions, working to make things as simple as possible for the field teams
who you are
• detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
• able to lead, direct and manage all phases of project management, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing experience of leading and managing projects
• self-motivated and driven and your ability to work collaboratively with others
• excellent verbal and written communication skills. you’ll be comfortable working with and presenting to all levels
education/experience
• bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of project management experience; experience working in ecommerce and overseeing retail expansion is a plus
