adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a pharmacist role with excellent pay, in las vegas, nv.

specific duties:
• conduct telephonic outreach to patients to resolve medication adherence barriers
• work proactively with the interdisciplinary team to creatively address gaps in care while providing patient education support
• exercise positive customer service and communication skills with patients and other healthcare professionals
• maintain efficiency and quality benchmarks in workflow
• report and document findings and feedback constructively
requirement:
• 2+ years of experience in managed health care or retail pharmacy
• strong experience with patient counseling, comfortable with being on the phone making outreach all day
• doctor of pharmacy or bachelor degree in pharmacy
• active pharmacist license in nevada in good standing with no restrictions
• knowledge in medication management and adherence techniques
• strong communication skills
• self motivating with critical thinking skills
• works well with others and thrives in an interdisciplinary environment
