Private club experience hostess - director of fun - united kingdom, pershore, worcestershire

unique position where i need someone (or 2 people) with an entertaining skill set at our new private resort in mexico for families. seeking someone that is creative, outgoing, energetic, active at our property for exclusive, high-net worth guests. we have a focus on health and wellness - so we constantly are planning unique itineraries for our guests and making sure they are having a great time from beach workouts & yoga, boat excursions, tropical hiking, golf, great food & beverages and different theme party nights. we need someone that can hang out with guests on a social level but also stay professional and appropriate. you will help plan their stays, participate in activities with them, work with all departments to make sure the details are done right, and personal touches are executed. help create the vibe and energy and have a great time in a magical place. this is the early stages of our beautiful private paradise as there are only glamping tents on the beach now, but it will quickly grow in the next 2-3 years with golf, marina, private homes, spa, etc., so it's a great time to come join us and forge personal relationships with our new and existing members. not open to the public.

this 1000-acre private club under development, this is the beginning stage, so lots of opportunity to interact with these families on a very personal level. maximum guests this year would be 15 people (hollywood, pro sports athletes, ceos, etc.), it's important that we let these guests forget about the stress of work and life to relax and find themselves again with our team. we want them to forget their email and phones and hang with you and their spouses and kids with a robust menu of activities, parties, workouts and great dining experiences.

i have accommodation on site, meals are also included and flights to and from mexico each year. there will be time to explore the area when guests aren't around, some cute & fun authentic mexican beach towns. go find inspiration and ideas to bring back to our property to enhance our guest experiences! we are looking for someone creative, fun, interesting, active, social... plan the little party each night with different themes, then join the few guests we have for dinner and after (could be a mellow night at a bonfire on the beach or the music turned up and dancing on the tables). this could be a situation where 2 friends come together, i'm open to resumes and suggestions as this is a new position, not something we are replacing. might be best to have a phone call and discuss the company and position, please reach out to me if you are interested, thank you!
