we are working with a brilliant company based in bicester who are looking for a new hr administrator to join their small and friendly team. this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress in their hr career with the opportunity for study support. you will spend some of your time on site but also have the opportunity to work to a hybrid model.

your new role

as hr administrator, you will support the head of hr in the day to day running of the function. this will include supporting across all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding and maintaining employee records. you will have the opportunity to get involved with wider projects across the business such as engagement and well being.

what you'll need to succeed

in order to be successful for the role you will ideally have had previous experience in a similar level position. you will have a good understanding of hr processes and have brilliant administrative skills.
