we are a high-end wandsworth based main contractor looking for sub-contractors to carry out price work for residential ground floor extensions, loft conversions and refurbishment projects.
you should be vat registered, a ltd co. with an excellent h&s record and full public liability insurance to £5m. our focus is on delivering a high-quality finish and sub-contractors should be able to deliver projects from start to finish including all 2nd fix plumbing & electrical works, plastering, decoration, tiling and full electrical and gas certification.
we have fully costed quotes pending with clients for more work than we can handle with our current sub-contractor workforce including sept / oct start dates. if you are interested in becoming part of the team email with your company details. preferably you will have current and / or past projects in s.w. london that can be viewed as reference sites.
we are looking to build lasting professional partnerships with bona fide subcontractors going forwards with more projects in the pipeline. we cover balham, clapham, earlsfield, putney, southfields and wimbledon.
