applicants must have experience in good standard kitchen environment; well communicate english and necessary to be within easy commuting distance, must be eligible to work in the u.k

the assistant will receive training in japanese food preparation and presentation techniques; you should be fit energetic and a fast learner.

the candidate will be expected to undertake washing up and some daily cleaning duties whilst training in food preparation.
