your requirements:

the primary responsibility of the grill chef is preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits. the grill chef must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards. assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organisation of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.

as a grill chef we would love you to have:

- previous experience working as a grill chef

- flair for presentation

- experience working with a similar cuisine

- great english language communication skills with a willingness to learn

- ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards

- drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team

- full ownership in your role
