am2pm group are recruiting production operatives based in grimsby. our client produces food products frozen markets. our client uniquely processes most of its frozen food to be sold to large retailers and supermarkets across the uk.
the site is a food processing and packing facility and as a production operative, you will be required to undertake various tasks which may include:
duties include
working on a production line
packing, grading, and stacking
mixing and handling frozen ingredients
labelling and barcoding
quality checking
undergoing manual handling tasks
using equipment or machinery once trained to do so.
ensuring quality of product is to the required specification.
at all times been self-aware of following health & safety and food safety.
hours / shift patterns
monday to thursday - 6am-4pm (10 hour shifts no weekends)
pay rates
gbp9.50 to gbp9.65 per hour - overtime paid after 40 hours per week at time and a quarter.
inductions weekly with a view to immediate starts for the right candidate
