be in charge of the accounts department and oversee the whole operation of the accounts department to ensure the work is running smoothly. manage 2 accounts executive in the accounting team
liaise with the relevant regulatory boards in terms of accounts related matter, handle audit and tax matter.
work with the managing director to prepare annual budgeting and cash flow
tag and monitor fixed assets and equipment reports.
handle any ad hoc reports
human resources
ensure compliance with moe/lmra/gosi regulations and other related authority by hr personnel.
in charge of hr functions which include but are not limited to the following areas: hiring & selection, payroll, compensation & benefit, performance appraisal, administration and training.
oversee the hr personnel in carrying their duties and troubleshoot when there are issues.
manage hrms (human resource management system)
requirements
diploma/ professional degree/ accreditations in accountancy or equivalent.
at least 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting and human resources, preferably in the food industry.
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
thorough knowledge of employment law.
