responsibilities:
• writes copy with member comprehension of benefits first in mind
• accountable to develop, revise, and improve content across communications and channels
• responsible to work with partner teams (marketing, digital, member experience) to review and approve related content and benefit content usage
• contribute to member testing of written content to improve member experience and increase health literacy
• ensure written content meets the needs of internal business partners
• ensure written content is compliant per state and federal regulations and meets contractual requirements
• follow established procedures and best practices and work to improve them where needed
• leverage tools and systems for consistency and to streamline work
• build relationships and serve as a trusted partner to colleagues and business partners
