adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a operations specialist position. 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

location:  riverside, ri   

pay: $17.20

length: temp to hire

 

responsibilities for the operations specialist role include, but are not limited to:   

handling accounts payable related inquiries via email and live chat

inquiries include employee expense reimbursement, procurement, invoicing payments, and general ledger

additional tasks include return mail, check copies, and vendor and employee audits

 

qualifications for this operations specialist role:

 

contact center experience

accounts payable experience

experience with concur and/or sales force
