marketer/data entry assistant

adecco is hiring for a marketer/data entry assistant in arlington, tx. this is an onsite, temp to perm opportunity.

position is: 8:30am – 5:00pm, monday – friday

pay: $13 – 15 an hour with an incentive/commission opportunity (depending on experience)

duties & responsibilities

taking in-bound lead calls to quote for insurance.

identifying opportunities to cross-sell existing clients.

gathering personal information and entering data regarding their home, auto, specialty vehicle, or commercial business to build a quote.

requirements:

excellent phone etiquette and the ability to multi-task and toggle between multiple screens at once.

1 year or more of customer service experience.

must be skilled at typing (60+ wpm) and pass an assessment test.

call center experience is a plus.

must be capable of handling customer rejection.

bilingual in spanish is beneficial.

must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone.

must be able to pass a background check.

must have reliable transportation.
