we provide blended training through online and in-house training. this will include shadowing trained care assistant colleagues, to get first-hand experience before you start and to make sure you're fully comfortable and confident in performing your role. we'll also help to further your ambitions, whether you want guidance to excel in your care assistant role or to progress and develop your skills to become a team leader, registered manager or branch out into a nursing career.

some of your main responsibilities as a care assistant will be:

our care assistant training:

when starting as a care assistant, we will provide:

we offer a range of variable hour contracts; part-time and full-time hours are available on the stated shift patterns. we offer morning, evening and all day shifts.
