flutter is currently undergoing an exciting hr transformation, establishing a cross-divisional global hr operations function underpinned by workday as the global people technology platform. this people centre of excellence will deliver agile, scalable hr services and a high quality experience to flutter's brands and divisions. this includes a new specialist services support function partnering with specialist hr teams to drive and support in areas including, reward; talent, engagement, and learning; audit, policy, and compliance. as the policy and er support specialist you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of hr policies and guidance in addition to supporting overall hr compliance activities. ensuring we have robust guidance documents and tools in place to support our corse services and hrbp teams across group, uk&i and international divisions. as a member of a new, dedicated team you will be working with your colleagues and manager to shape and build on the policy, audit and compliance service provision to the business in partnership with wider hr stakeholders. responsibilities:

ensure flutter's divisions remain up to date with current industry, government, and market standards to ensure hr policies meet requirements.

remain current on local legislative changes.

partner with the business and wider hr stakeholders to identify policy, procedure or process gaps.

partner with hr policy owners to ensure hr policies are up to date and compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements.

partner with knowledge and effectiveness and specialist services teams to ensure hr guidance documents are continuously improved and accessible across the organisation.

create and maintain a library of template letters required in all areas of hr compliance for use by core services and hrbp teams.

deliver guidance on employee relations policies and processes to ensure compliance.

provide support to the internal and external audit requirements ensuring availability of documentation and participating in sample testing with auditors when required.

provide administrative support and guidance during employee relations processes as required.

the ideal candidate:

demonstrated ability to develop hr policies and guidance documents.

understanding of how to keep abreast of legislative, codes of practice and best practice changes and update these to all relevant guidance and documentation.

experience in supporting employee relations activities and processes.

strong people and stakeholder management skills to support the delivery of complex processes and translate these complex messages into clear guidance for the business and hr teams to follow.

strong organisational skills and a methodical and analytical approach to the gathering and analysing of data. delivering a clear and concise response in audit activities.

experience managing and monitoring own workload.

proactive and able to stay on top of trends and changes to enable continuous improvement.

ability to quickly upskill on new policies and processes in a changing legal and regulatory landscape.
