flutter is currently undergoing an exciting hr transformation, establishing a cross-divisional global hr operations function underpinned by workday as the global people technology platform. this people centre of excellence will deliver agile, scalable hr services and a high quality experience to flutter's brands and divisions. this includes a new specialist services support function partnering with specialist hr teams to drive and support in areas including talent, engagement, and learning; reward; audit, policy, and compliance.

there is an exciting opportunity for a talent, engagement and learning support manager to join this newly formed specialist services team and play a crucial role in creating a culture in the talent, engagement and learning support capability, establishing partnerships across hr to ensure a high quality service is provided from hr operations to the wider people function and building a high-performing team of analysts to deliver activity.

you will play a key role establishing ways of working with divisional talent teams across uk&i, international, and group. they will be accountable for building a team to support across a variety of talent-related initiatives including: peakon (colleague feedback and engagement tool) and lms delivery, succession management, and talent mobility.

responsibilities:

act as a strategic partner, working with key talent stakeholders across the wider hr function (group, uk&i, and international) to ensure the team is set-up to support talent, engagement, and learning needs and initiatives.

collaborate with key stakeholders to support on and deliver talent projects in alignment with the broader hr strategy (e.g. succession management, talent mobility).

working closely with talent leadership to lead on identifying usage, adoption, and application of peakon insights across the flutter group.

driving the team to support the delivery of key peakon insights and data reporting, supporting the actioning of broader talent solutions.

work closely with divisional learning teams to maintain clear guidelines and standardised approach to mandatory compliance training in workday learning and the future lms solution.

partner with people analytics to ensure reporting and dashboard needs are easily accessible within the workday platform, troubleshooting when issues arise.

partner closely with the knowledge and effectiveness team to ensure current and future talent, engagement, and learning processes are reflected within knowledge based content socialised across uk&i, international, and group functions.

the ideal candidate:

proven experience in a talent role, delivering strategic initiatives related to talent management and delivery.

proven experience establishing talent, engagement, and learning administrative/transactional processes within an hr operations function.

experience working in global complex federated organisations preferred.

experience working within hr operations teams, contributing to the day to day operational rhythm preferred.

experience successfully developing, implementing, and embedding talent, engagement, and learning processes across hr operations, identifying further opportunities as part of bau.

strong people and stakeholder management skills to ensure talent, engagement, and learning support is meeting business needs.

focused on employee experience with knowledge of best practices related to efficient process delivery preferred.
