how you will make an impact as a fire safety service delivery manager:

to drive profitable growth of the fire safety portfolio revenue through acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing client contracts (25%).you will design and deliver a range of fire extinguisher services nationwide for our clients (25%).the active promotion of a range of branded fire extinguisher products offered by securitasthe successful applicant will upsell and drive sales revenue through a targeted pipeline of business enquiries and leads throughout the ukyou will allocate and manage a supply and service schedule for a national range of clientsyou will develop supplier contracts and relationshipsyou will undertake fire risk assessments nationwide for new and existing clients.you will deliver fire & safety training courses (25%)you will support the delivery of fire contingency courses at the uk national fire college by ensuring fire appliance and equipment availabilitysupporting existing and new securitas aviation and fire related contingency contracts nationally.you will build your knowledge of the market and competition to enhance the profile of ssukl and participate in local and national industry forums.essential skillswhat you will bring to be a fire safety service delivery manager:

candidates will ideally have a background in local authority fire services.candidates will be able to display an understanding and knowledge of uk fire service incident procedures and equipment.candidates will demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of risk management and dynamic risk assessment as well as a demonstrable focus on health and safetycandidates will be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills and the management of diverse teams.applicants will have good communication skills, able to articulate with authorityideally, you will hold a current fire extinguisher and/or fire risk assessor qualificationprevious experience of designing and delivering workshop orientated training courses.all applicants must hold a clear 5-year checkable employment history and will be required to complete both a ctc and dbs check before commencing employment.a good level of pc literacy is required, able to use ms office suite to an intermediate level.you will be required to travel throughout the uk with overnight stays on an ad-hoc basisa full uk driving license is essential, an hgv license would be beneficial.candidates must be physically fit as you may be required to attend operational incidents.about companyour values are the foundation of our operations and the corporate culture is built on these values that help to shape a long-term, financially successful enterprise by creating value for customers, employees, and shareholders. they are summarized in three words: integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.
