due to ongoing success and growth in the company, they are currently seeking a talent acquisition coordinator to support a team of talent acquisition specialists in delivering the pipeline solution to their clients.
reporting into the account director, you will be:
- creating client cvs and adding candidates to client portal
- coordinating interviews using outlook and zoom
- managing the scheduling and coordination of assessment centres
- progressing candidates through the process using the applicant tracking system (recruiterflow) and ensuring the system is maintained and up to date
- creating weekly recruitment activity reports for clients
- sending and coordinating all role briefing information, monitoring and chasing responses
- responding to any recruitment related queries, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates.
- creating and posting high quality and appealing adverts.
required skills:
- 2 years'+ experience in a similar role
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with talking to candidates at all levels with the ability to represent the business in a highly professional manner
- highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a high workload and deliver under pressure
- a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
- proficient in microsoft office (particularly outlook and teams)
- previous experience of using applicant tracking systems would be an advantage.
this role is paying between £20,000 and £25,000 per annum plus benefits.
this role is fully remote, with some travel required to the head office in oxfordshire for team days and training as required.
