we're looking for an executive assistant who can go the extra mile. essential to the role is the ability to demonstrate experience and talent of writing and developing proposals, as well as creating presentations and completing tenders. you will also need to be a creative and practical problem solver.

as an executive assistant, your day-to-day tasks will be many and varied, including liaising with both internal and external parties, as well as creating powerpoint presentations, and researching and supporting the growth of the company in a multitude of ways.

your extensive experience in performing administrative duties will ensure first-class support to our c-suite and you'll need to feel comfortable working in a fluid environment.

given the ever-changing nature of the executive landscape, we will rely on you for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences relating to systems and operations. we will expect you to provide consistently high standards of quality and efficiency at all times in this role.

in addition, you will assist with operations in our partner community interest company, future active workforce. this includes administrative tasks, logistical and accounts functions, as well as data reporting, closely supporting the md in preparing proposals, handling partner relationships, and attending board meetings.

you will co-ordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, make travel arrangements and attend meetings with the ceo and executive team, plan agendas, and produce minutes with clear action points.

you will predominantly work from home, which can be anywhere in the uk. however, you will also need the flexibility to travel frequently with overnight stays in various uk locations to attend meetings including occasional days spent at our fareham office.
