our client has an exciting opportunity within the company for an experienced telemarketing executive to generate new business opportunities worth between £250k - £1.5m. research potential new business customers and sales opportunities throughout the uk, prioritise, generate, and qualify leads against set criteria.
location: remote working
salary: highly competitive
hours: mon – thurs 8.30 – 5.30 and fridays 8.30 – 2.30

responsibilities
provide first class prospective customer journey by relevant follow up information and ongoing communication keep pipeline document up to date and relevant work with sales team on specific sector new business generation supporting the sales team and generating leads - achieve new lead generation targets through cold calling prospective customers book virtual or face to face appointments with prospective new business customers work with internal departments to ensure prospects meet company criteria drive agreed company campaigns and record statistics i.e., personalised direct mail, e-shots all administration and reporting duties kept up to date and accurate you will be working to key performance indicators which will includes; number of calls achieve per week, number of decision makers reached, qualified leads and booked appointments; both virtually and physically, number of leads, number of leads quoted for, number of leads won business, customer journey communication and accuracy of pipeline
essential requirements
b2b telesales and lead generation experience, ideally within the accounting/finance sector experience winning and growing new and existing business excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, stakeholder management skills strong attention to detail, self-motivation and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and deadlines under pressure in a sales environment organised methodical approach to work, and an excellent telephone manner ability to negotiate with sound commercial awareness good i.t skills, able to pick up new systems quickly experience utilising ms office 365 is essential experience utilising a crm software system would be advantageous
