adecco is assisting a manufacturing client in recruiting for a stockroom clerk position in sarasota, fl. this position is a temp-to-hire with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour to start! monday to friday 8am to 4:30pm

the stockroom clerk will fulfill and process orders, assist with accepting incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

responsibilities for this opening:

assist with the receipt of incoming shipments as time permits.

pick items for word orders, as well as sales orders (outgoing shipments)

assist with daily cycle count

maintains an accurate running inventory

keeps manager advised of work status, workload, problems and, progress as related to work assignments

maintain, restock and organize product bins, shelves, and locations

knowledge and skill set requirements:

strong attention to detail

must be a problem solver with critical thinking skills

experience with fedex ship manager a plus

experience with ups worldship is a plus

ability to work with minimal supervision

experience with handling electronic components and parts is a plus.
