Pharmacy technician - united states, las vegas (new mexico)

essential responsibilities and requirements:
• conduct telephonic outreach to patients to resolve medication adherence barriers
• work proactively with the interdisciplinary team to creatively address gaps in care. serve as liaison between care clinicians and pharmacy team.
• exercise positive customer service and communication skills with patients and other healthcare professionals
• maintain efficiency and quality benchmarks in workflow
• report and document findings and feedback constructively
must have qualifications/experience:
3+ years of experience working as a pharmacy technician
strong experience with patient counseling, comfortable with being on the phone making outreach all day
high school diploma or ged
current and unrestricted pharmacy technician licensure in california
national pharmacy technician certification (ptcb) preferred
full time hours – monday through friday, 8am to 5pm
weekly pay on friday
three month contract, with opportunity for extension or full time offer
