your main duties will be as follows:

assume full responsibility for three bars in respect of operation, personnel and in delivering a warm, professional anticipatory servicelead the team by examplesupport all bar staff to exceed expectationsmotivate and encourage development within the bars teammake and serve hot and cold drinks, smoothies and juices
