right care nw ltd have an exciting opportunity for a new registered manager to join our ranks. right care nw ltd are currently operating in bolton, bury and wigan and we are looking for a registered manager to join our team to head the operations based out of our bolton head office.

we are looking for a passionate, energetic and compassionate leader to take right care from a “good” to “outstanding”. this would be done in line, with our future 2025 vision, ethos, values and support. with the right candidate having a future of heading operations into new ventures.

what we are looking for:

to take responsibility for development & day to day running of the agency
to promote a caring environment for clients through a high a standard of professional practice balanced with a warmth towards staff and clients a like
working with local authorities and understating of compliance required to ensure we provide a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well lead.
being able to build new relationships and maintain current relationships with staff, clients, governing bodies and local authorities.
to manage effective recruitment of staff whether in the office or front-line staff.
values of compassion, empathy in how you conduct yourself, showing warmth towards staff and service users alike.

skills we require:

level 5
2+ years at management level
relevant experience in domiciliary care, co-ordinating experience and management experience
strong organisational skills
understanding and willingness to work with kpi’s
working with budgets
attitude to continue looking to personally improve, learn and develop also to promote the same ethic with staff
be an active team player, excellent communicator at all levels.
must have a passion for care
experience with using different systems and ensuring the business is efficiently run
strong understanding/dealing with compliance inc reviewing and updating policies and procedures
