the social media manager’s primary focus will be the execution of the company’s social media plan and strategy. other responsibilities include:

create and publish content on linkedin, facebook, twitter, and instagram.

collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners on social media planning, engagement, and monitoring.

stay up-to-date on social media and digital marketing trends and educate wider teams on innovations and trends within the financial services industry

interpret and use data analytics to develop reports on social media performance

use social media monitoring services and other channels to facilitate complaint resolution

 

qualifications

required

bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or marketing

6+ years experience in digital media communications within a large corporation or agency

experience and a high level of proficiency in sprinklr and other social media software such as cision, and google analytics.

preferred

experience working at similar multinational companies and financial services is a plus.
