Customer service payment clerk- temporary $16.50 - united states, lawrence
adecco is currently recruiting for a long-term temporary position, that could become a full time hire if a position opens up in the organization.

hourly pay rate is $16.50.
hours are monday through friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
this new opportunity is open now and projected to last at least 6 months. we are looking for a candidate with experience taking cash payments in a busy office. flexibility is a must with the ability to swtich tasks to answering phones and providing strong customer support will be critical to success.
responsibilities include:
face to face customer service
receiving and posting payments on accounts, cash handling and making change
using computerized billing systems and a variety of other software systems essential to success for the customers.
answering busy phones at times
listening to customer concerns and escalating to account managers as necessary
qualifications:
experience with billing software ideal or strong computer skills
accurate data entry skills
customer service background
cash handling experience
must pass a background check
