the director of training oversees the training and development department. this role designs, plans, and implements service training programs, policies, and procedures across multi-concept brands within the organization. 

duties:

develop and implement a formalized learning and training curriculum 

research new training techniques, keep training and aid materials updated

develop "certified training" programs

set training expectations

required:

restaurant/hospitality experience 

5+ years of experience independently managing training programs

experience in project or program management

proficient in microsoft office, word, excel, and powerpoint 

bachelor's degree

bilingual (spanish) a plus
