futures care are seeking for a recruitment consultant to join our team in our gloucester based office (quedgeley), we do not offer remote working.
previous experience within recruitment is essential. those applying with knowledge in international recruitment would be an advantage along with having a background working within the care industry.
the salary will be dependent on the candidates experience and qualification's.
your job title does not define or limit your duties and you may be required to carry out other work within your abilities from time to time.
responsibilities of a recruitment consultant
supporting the hr manager with admin duties
managing uk & international recruitment of new employees, conducting interviews. offers and managing there transition towards starting on shift.
build the company brand through advertising on job boards, local advertising and social media.
liaise with training team on new starters.
carrying out references for current employee.
chasing compliance.
dbs checks for new and existing employees.
managing the day to day administration tasks including updating of documents and employees records.
ensuring excel spreadsheets are kept up to date.
attending weekly calls with recruitment platforms.
attending local job fairs and recruitment forums.
refresh job boards.
compiling recruitment statistics for monthly meeting with registered manager and hr manager.
processing and completing all probationary reviews and exit interviews.
requirements of a recruitment consultant

manage email inbox's and own diary.
proficient with microsoft office, excel, outlook and word.
