Part-time with opportunity for full-time work with a small healthcare/educational agency. start with training and work in arcadia office and transition to more work from home.
office assistant will assist with:
*invoicing clients
*preparing financial agreements/paperwork
*tracking payments and balances due
*rendering hours staff worked (comparing timesheets to online schedules)
*preparing files and materials for clinicians
*tracking hours clinicians work and train
*communicating with administration, clinicians, clients and various third parties
requirements:
*computer literacy- microsoft outlook, ms word, excel, dropbox and google docs
*priority given to those with experience and/or training in billing
*priority given to those with experience in healthcare or education fields
*ability to work between arcadia office and home
