Boot camp chef - united kingdom, weymouth, dorset
we are currently looking for an experienced chef/caterer person to join our team of four on our five day residential fitness retreat in weymouth, dorset.
the successful applicant is required to prepare all the meals and snacks..
we run approximately 12 boot camps each year, each boot camp has approximately 10 clients and 3 instructors and the boot camps do not usually fall on the school holidays.
each boot camp starts on the monday at 1.00pm and finishes on the friday at 1.00pm.
the successful applicant will be responsible for ordering, collecting, preparing and delivering 2 x meals & 2 x snacks on the monday and friday of each boot camp week and 3 x meals & 3 x snacks on the tuesday, wednesday & thursday of the boot camp week.
the applicant needs to be polite, tidy and approachable to other staff and clients.
the first meal each day is scheduled for 8.30am and the last meal at 6.30pm except on thursday when the last meal is 7.30pm.
the recipes for the snacks and meals are extremely particular and variance in ingredients and portion sizes will not be tolerated.
the applicant needs to be available for the next boot camp 10 - 14 october.
