do you have human resources experience, and are you seeking a new job in ruislip? our client is looking for a full-time hr generalist, and the role comes with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.

in this hr role, you will be responsible for a wide range of hr and admin functions, including the full employee life cycle. you will be the first point of contact for all hr queries and provide guidance on legislation, policies and procedures.

in your first few weeks in this hr role, you can expect to:

provide generalist hr support for the chief of staff and management, in areas such as record-keeping, hris data entry (using sage hr), and er issuesassist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including but not limited to performing background checks, benefit set-up and termination, and exit interviewscoordinate and assist with various talent acquisition functions, including job adverts, contacting candidates for interviews, and initial phone screening
