we are seeking experienced power generator technicians and diesel mechanics with five or more years of experience working on a variety of generators and/or diesel engines. this position requires flexibility and ability to work overtime during prime season (winter). our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

responsibilities for the diesel mechanic job include:

service and maintain all types of generators and engines. (generac experience a huge plus)

diagnose and perform repairs on all types heavy equipment with limited supervision.

perform inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

use of power and hand tools.

inspect and maintain equipment used in operations.

qualifications:

minimum 5 years’ experience working in generators and/or diesel engines.

must have a driver license, cdl preferred.

must have your own tools

excellent customer service skills and communication skills

willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions and overtime as needed, including seasonally.
