adecco staffing is searching for a fully remote, open enrollment coordinator!

 

position details:

  • work schedule will be on eastern time zone hours
  • will support coordination of medical services, screening and supporting the implementation of care plans to promote effective utilization of healthcare services
  • promotes, supports quality effectiveness of healthcare services, care management associates (cma's) support the care management (cm) team by performing nonclinical, administrative duties. these duties may include but are not limited to processing referrals, making outreach calls, entering data into dynamo or qnxt, and processing member mailings.

    client requirements:

  • you are required to provide your own high-speed internet
  • minimal home broadband connectivity speed of 25 mb download and 3 mb upload speed. speed for home internet can be confirmed by going to www.speedtest.net. please provide internet provider and download and upload speeds.
  • must have sufficient/private work area that is used for business during their work hours
  • your current living accommodations are in a stable situation.
  • must take steps to ensure that work area is secure and protects property and confidential information from inadvertent or unauthorized access or theft including:
  • equipment and information are secure from inadvertent and/or unauthorized access or theft at all times
  • workspace is dedicated to client business during working hours and is not accessible by others who may be present in the household
  • telephone conversations cannot be overheard, and documents/computer screens cannot be viewed by others
  • when not working, the computer is shut off. for short departures from the work area, the workstation must be locked, or computer shut down.
  •  

    experience required:

  • must have at least 2 years of call center experience
  • must have strong data entry experience with near perfect accuracy
  • ability to read and understand pharmacy/medical terminology
  • read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence, technical procedures and governmental regulations
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate in a windows based environment
  • managing multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • strong organizational skills
  •  

    education:

  • high school diploma or ged equivalent – required
  • associates degree in business, accounting or equivalent work experience - preferred
