our client based in reigate who are a rapidly growing multi award winning telecommunications business who provide voice, data, mobile and cloud based solutions to business across the uk are looking for a customer account manager on a permanent full-time basis.

you will be situated within the reigate office within the corporate account management team where the main focus is to provide exceptional account management service and to identify up sell and cross sell opportunities to existing customers.

salary & benefits

* £25-28k per annum ote 35k

* full time - monday - friday 08:30 - 17:30

duties and responsibilities

* provide exceptional account management to your customers

* key focus is to identify up sell and cross sell opportunities

* passion for providing exceptional customer support and be the main point of contact for your customers

* relationship building with your customers is central to this role and there is a daily demand to multi-task
