what we are looking for:
5+ years experience in pizza minimum.
upscale italian / high volume a plus.
natural yeast fermentation experience a plus.
food vendor relationships / italian vendors a plus.
must live within a close commute to williamsburg brooklyn.
personality is a big plus.
