the studio assistant position is a key role and is crucial to the running of the busy studio.

general duties will include:

manufacture

operation of manufacturing equipment to produce products in line with company standards. this includes sublimation/heat press, vinyl cutter, printer. finishing using small hand tools, sanders & assembly of complex detailed products.

dispatch

to quality check orders
packaging products & printing shipping labels
ensure accurate processing of orders on time, on budget & to pre-agreed standards.
continually aiming to reduce wastage and improve customer offering.

stock management

completing stock counts to ensure accurate stock levels
rearranging stock to ensure efficient use of warehouse space
ensuring stock is not damaged
receiving deliveries, checking quantity, quality and for damage against po/shipping forms

general

maintaining a clean safe work environment
preparing for peak sales
working with the team to ensure custom/large orders are completed in an accurate, timely manner.
