Energetic shop assistant required for busy licenced grocer & take-away in bearsden - united kingdom, bearsden, glasgow

full time position, around 35 hours/week. working hours flexible between 5am and 8pm over a 7day week. driving licence would be helpful.

duties include :

serving customers , cash handling , general cleaning , stacking shelves , taking phone orders and delivering. assisting in kitchen cooking breakfasts , rolls & sausage etc. carrying out shop opening & closing routines.

applicants must be :

well presented , hygienic , polite , friendly & enthusiastic & have good numeracy skills.

able to follow food safety procedures & achieve food hygiene certificates for which training will be given.

over 18 as selling alcohol may be involved .

able to work well in a fast paced environment.
