pay is circa £24,000 fte based on a 40-hour week

pay is circa £29,000 fte based on a 40-hour week + 2 sleeping shifts per week

if you have ever considered joining the care sector then we want to hear from you, especially if you live near frodsham or sutton weaver. owning your own car is not essential for this job.

at archangel, we support adults with learning difficulties and other disabilities, mainly within supported living properties. we also provide some outreach support.

we are looking for new candidates that are excited to get into the care sector for the first time, or experienced carers looking to work for a care provider that puts people first. we will provide and pay for full training.

hours

we are seeking someone to work mainly the late shift and sleep-ins which could also include the late, sleep-in and then an early shift.

your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers. we believe this will helps you provide high quality, consistent care.

whatever your availability, we want to hear from you. we can offer full-time, part-time and zero-hour contracts.

remuneration

basic rate: £10 per hour
overtime/bank holidays: £20/hour
bonuses for sleep in shifts £20 - £40 per month
mileage contribution. we factor travel time into pay when applicable.
we also pay into your holiday pot, which accrues separately at a rate of £1.21 to £2.41 per hour depending on the type of shift you are working.

£300 for completing your probationary period
