Catering assistant - united kingdom, chesterfield, derbyshire

my client is looking for a night shift deli counter assistant to work on a new outlet opportunity for around 12 weeks.

the organisation is based in the calow area of chesterfield.

pay is £13.40 per hour

**please note this position is working nights and due to start asap and will be lone working but within a large organisation **

shifts will be 6 hours and you will rotate working 3 nights 1 week and 4 nights the second, if your shift falls on the sunday the pay will increase to reflect this.

this position is working within a organisation that offers an online app to staff working nights to order food. the outlet provides freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas, wraps and salads made to order from a set menu.

you must have experience working within a catering environment to be considered for this position

- you must be comfortable making up sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas, wraps and salads following the instructions on how to make it for the ordered item

- re-stock low items and stock checking updated

- dealing with customer enquiries/requirements

- using own initiative when required

- general cleaning down of the outlet

*** previous experience working within a catering / cafe environment is essential to be considered for this position and the role will start asap and you must be over 18 due to working night shifts ***

food safety level 2 - certificate is an advantage, but not essential.
