what will you be doing?

you will be primarily responsible for various admin support duties, including:

writing or editing job adverts within tight deadlines
processing amendments or rewriting adverts based on client feedback
posting job adverts to online sites
updating client records
data entry and database management
answering the phone, taking messages, and dealing with first line queries
ensuring the candidate journey and recruitment process for clients is smooth, solving any issues that may arise
proactively searching for suitable applicants and making candidate approaches to convert to job applications
other general duties as required

strong copywriting skills in particular are a must – ideally you will be able to provide examples of previous work
