adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an operations coordinator opportunity in san francisco, ca.

type: contract 

pay: $34.87/hour

length:  six (6) month, with the possibility of converting to permanent placement
shift/hours:  monday – friday

notes:  hybrid, expected in office about 3 days per week

responsibilities for the operations coordinator job:

support program managers with their program coordination and logistics

manage operations related to programs from sending out calendar invites, responding to emails/faqs, and building sops

manage purchase orders and vendor relationships using internal tools

manage in-person event logistics and coordination when required

qualifications for this operations coordinator job:

undergraduate degree in human resources or a similar field

2-4 years of experience as a coordinator/project manager
