Kitchen team member - united kingdom, liverpool street, london

we are a family-owned coffee shop, with a team of 8-10 people, looking to potentially grow our business and operations.

nearest tube station: aldgate east station

we are looking for someone who is serious, responsible, experienced knows how to take control of workflow especially when it gets busy. someone with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.

we are looking for someone with experience, or someone who has done some light kitchen work/cooking/prep.

we welcome those with previous experience as a kitchen staff in a similar type of business or someone who is use to standing longer hours and moving heavy things, and is motivated to learn.

key responsibilities:

baking bakeries and savouries

prepare fillings for sandwiches

prepare/cut vegetables

prepare fresh teas

prepare waffle/crepe mix

prepare/cook full english breakfast and light brunch meals

fill up display with items before opening the shop (cakes, cookies, muffins, waffle mix, crepe mix...)

fill up the stock

arrange stock (heavy stock, following the stock plan)

maintaining clean kitchen (following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule), follow cleaning schedule for each item and way how to clean.
taking care of the order sheet

available to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).

basic english is okay.
