35 hours per week - monday to friday negotiable hearing dogs for deaf people creates life-changing partnerships by training dogs to alert deaf people to sounds and danger signals, thereby helping deaf people leave loneliness behind and reconnect with life. it is the biggest charity of its kind in the world and we are committed to be the best in our field, with the determination to be the centre of excellence for this unique work. we are currently looking to recruit a human resources and learning & development executive based at our southern training centre, the grange, saunderton, bucks, to join our small and friendly hr team, as the charity continues to grow. this role is very varied, no two days are the same and will need someone with a generalist hr background. the successful candidate will be putting the "human" in human resources as the first point of contact throughout the employment lifecycle of all current and new staff. you will need to be comfortable communicating with staff on all levels - giving guidance and support where needed. the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of staff payroll and pensions each month, so excellent attention to detail is critical. you will also be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new members of staff from offer to induction. we are looking for someone who is: passionate about the charity a great communicator, both verbally and in writing well organised and a good time manager able to interact positively with staff at all levels willing to learn able to work well within a team and also work well alone are you the kind of person we are looking for? if so, we want to hear from you. for further information and to apply, please visit our website via the apply button. closing date for applications: 30th september 2022 interviews: w/c 10th october 2022
