a north west london property company is recruiting for a property maintenance assistant with gardening and driving.
the role:
property maintenance: you will work alongside the head of maintenance and the handyman to carry out various repair and maintenance jobs on the residential properties. you will be required to undertake some job on your own such as painting, clearing and cleaning. furniture removal including appliances is also required from time to time.
gardening: the role involves looking after some of the gardens and mow the lawn, apply fertilisers, water the plants, weed, jet wash / clean the patios and others. basic gardening skills are an advantage.
driving: the role also involves some driving such as taking the company cars to the garage for service and mot and also driving the director into central london to meetings. an experience in driving luxury cars is preferred. there is a possibility to do overtime for driving him in the evenings.
the role also involves various other ad-hoc jobs which are needed for the smooth running of the company.
full clean uk driver's licence is required.
