adecco creative & marketing is looking for a visual designer to assist the talent marketing team for one of the top aircraft engine suppliers. in this position you will be working on a diverse set of projects; from designing branded marketing materials and social media templates, to creating recruitment event booths and materials. if you are proficient in adobe programs and have experience creating materials for recruitment marketing, apply today!

duties:

working within brand guidelines and employer value proposition to create and maintain recruitment marketing assets and ensure a consistent look, feel, and tone

delivering both digital and print-ready files for recruitment marketing campaigns and events

creating assets such as social media templates, infographics, one pagers, presentations, research reports, logos, trade show materials and other branded print collateral

 

qualifications:

5+ years experience in production or design

strong visual design portfolio for recruitment marketing in both digital and print

high proficiency with adobe indesign, photoshop, and illustrator

passion for design with an eye for detail and a clear understanding of how to design for an audience of potential employees

experience with video editing a plus
